It's that dreaded time of
year again. Time to bear the burden that our ancestors left us with back
in 1913. It was that year that the personal income tax came into existence
when we got along great without it before then except in times of war. Now
our government is in deep debt despite getting a nice chunk of our money.
In fact a day will soon come when all our tax dollars will go to pay off
interest on the national debt to foreign nations and bankers thereby making us
slaves to foreign powers. Something the founding fathers never
intended. They knew that an income tax would give the government too much
power over the people causing it to grow out of control. Despite that any
suggestion of eradicating the income tax or possibly replacing it with a
national sales tax is regarded as radical for some reason. Yet spending
trillions and racking up huge debt to foreign powers is business as usual.
REAL cuts in spending are part of the solution but that would require the
government to give up some of it's power as it's power derives from the money it
spends. It's your money yet the power no longer is derived from the
